Protect your account

• Use a long, unique password for Ciranda. A password manager helps.
• The team never asks for your password by email, wall message or message.
• Check that the site address is correct before typing your password.
• Only check "Remember me" on devices that only you use.
• If you notice a strange sign-in, change your password and end the sessions on all devices in Settings › Security.

Control who interacts with you

• Wall messages only appear on your profile after your approval.
• You can limit who sends wall messages and who sees your profile and friend list.
• Blocking a person prevents requests, wall messages and interactions between you.

Common scams

• Profiles pretending to be friends or the team, asking for money, codes or passwords.
• Links to "verify your account" or "win prizes" that lead to fake pages.
• Offers that are too good to be true, investments with guaranteed profit and urgent payment requests.

Be suspicious, don’t click and report it. When in doubt, check with the person another way.

Report a problem

Profiles, posts, comments, messages, topics and communities can be reported from each item’s menu. Moderators review the report, and the reported person doesn’t know who reported them.
