How do I create an account?
Choose a display name, a username, your email and a password with at least 12 characters. Then confirm your email through the link we send. Passphrases and password managers are welcome.
What is the minimum age?
You must be 16 or older to have an account. The rule protects children and teenagers, as required by Brazil’s LGPD and Digital Statute of Children and Adolescents.
I forgot my password. What now?
Use "Forgot my password" on the sign-in screen. If there is an account with that email, we will send a link to create a new password, valid for 1 hour.
How do I stay signed in?
Check "Remember me for 30 days" when signing in. Only use it on devices that only you use. To sign out of other devices, go to Settings › Security.
Profile and privacy
Who sees my profile and my posts?
In Settings › Privacy you choose who sees your full profile and your friend list. Each post has its own visibility: public, friends or only you. Your profile photo appears next to your name across the network.
Why doesn’t the message I sent appear?
Every message starts as pending and only appears after the profile owner approves it. Each person chooses whether to receive messages from everyone, only friends or nobody.
How do I block someone?
On the person’s profile, open the menu and choose Block. They can no longer see your profile or interact with you, and they are not notified.
Posts and photos
How many photos can I post?
Up to 4 photos per post, in JPEG, PNG or WebP. You can edit the text and change the photos later.
What happens to my photos’ data?
Before storing, we recreate every image: location (GPS), date and camera model are discarded. Opening the image address directly takes you to the post.
How do I share a post?
Use Share, next to Comment, to send it via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or copy the link. The option only appears on posts anyone can open.
Communities
What’s the difference between community types?
Public: anyone can see and join. By approval: anyone can see the page, but joining depends on the moderators. Private: only members see the content and joining is by invitation.
Why is my post "awaiting approval"?
That community’s moderators turned on prior approval: what members post only shows up once approved. Until then, only you and the moderators can see it.
How do I organize my community’s topics?
In the Topics tab, moderators tap Arrange to drag topics, change their order and create headings that group subjects.
Android app
How do I install the app?
Download the app file from the network’s official address, open it on your phone and allow the installation when Android asks. It works on Android 8 or newer.
Which permissions does the app use?
Only internet, network state (to tell you when you’re offline) and vibration. Photos are picked with Android’s own picker, without access to your whole gallery.
How do I sign out in the app?
Tap the top menu, open your account and choose Sign out. Uninstalling the app also erases the data stored in it.
Your data
How do I download a copy of my data?
In Settings › Your data, use Download my data. You get a file with your account details, profile, posts, comments, messages and connections.
How do I delete my account?
In Settings › Your data, request deletion. The account disappears for others right away and is permanently erased after 30 days. If you change your mind, just sign in again within that period.
